Machine Rental Rates

Quality Rentals Delivered LLC operates two compact track loaders in the Houston market. Rates are published and do not change based on demand or season.

Bobcat T450 (55 HP, 1,400 lb capacity): $295/day · $1,250/week · $3,200/month

Bobcat T76 (74 HP, 2,300 lb capacity): $375/day · $1,600/week · $4,000/month

Weekly rate equals approximately 4.2 daily rates. Monthly rate equals approximately 10.8 daily rates. For rentals longer than 4 days, the weekly rate saves money. For rentals longer than 8 days, the monthly rate is most economical.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees cover both delivery and pickup of the equipment on a flatbed trailer. The fee is based on your delivery zone within the Houston metro area.

Inner Houston (inside Beltway 8): $125 — covers delivery and pickup

Outer Houston (outside Beltway 8): $200 — covers delivery and pickup

There are no fuel surcharges added to the delivery fee. The quoted price is the price you pay. If you need a mid-rental machine swap or relocation to a different job site, an additional delivery fee applies.

Attachment Add-On Costs

Attachments are rented separately from the base machine. The attachment travels with the machine — no separate delivery fee for attachments.

GP Bucket: $50/day · $175/week · $400/month

Grapple: $75/day · $300/week · $700/month

Auger: $100/day · $400/week · $950/month

Mulcher (T76 only): $150/day · $600/week · $1,500/month

Fuel Costs

The machine is delivered with a full tank of diesel fuel. You are responsible for refueling during your rental. Return the machine with a full tank. If the machine is returned without a full tank, a fuel surcharge applies based on current diesel prices plus a service fee.

Estimated fuel consumption: T450 uses 3-4 gallons per hour. T76 uses 4-6 gallons per hour. At current Houston diesel prices (approximately $3.50-$4.00 per gallon), fuel costs roughly $12-$24 per operating hour.

Sample Project Cost Calculations

Residential backyard grading (1 day, T450, Inner Houston):

Machine: $295 + Delivery: $125 = $420 total

Fence line prep with auger (2 days, T450, Inner Houston):

Machine: $590 + Auger: $200 + Delivery: $125 = $915 total

Commercial lot clearing (1 week, T76 with mulcher, Outer Houston):

Machine: $1,600 + Mulcher: $600 + Delivery: $200 = $2,400 total

Extended commercial pad prep (1 month, T76, Inner Houston):

Machine: $4,000 + Delivery: $125 = $4,125 total

Costs NOT Included

Quality Rentals Delivered LLC does not charge environmental fees, insurance surcharges, administration fees, or equipment cleaning fees (unless the machine is returned in excessively soiled condition). The quoted rates above are the complete cost structure.

You are responsible for: diesel fuel during the rental period, any damage to the equipment, compliance with local regulations on your job site, and proper operation of the machine.
